Activities at Tilden are relaxed and personal, not over-scheduled or overwhelming. Residents enjoy music, puzzles, movies, simple arts and crafts, visits from local volunteers, and one-on-one engagement with staff throughout the day.

Because we’re a small home, there’s always room for flexibility, whether someone prefers group time or quiet connection. Activities are adjusted to match our residents’ energy, mood, and abilities, which is especially important in a dementia care center or Alzheimer’s care center, where needs can change from day to day.

Our team receives training that goes well beyond the basics. Every caregiver is certified through Relias, a nationally recognized senior care platform, and receives additional in-house instruction from our full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Because we also serve residents with dementia, even our assisted living caregivers are equipped to recognize early signs of memory loss and respond with patience and skill, something you won’t find in most small assisted living homes.
